Diane Mathias

Diane lives and works in Ceredigion, West Wales with her husband Emyr and she has five children.

Although since early childhood, Diane has painted and experimented with many forms of arts and crafts, her career as an artist only began after her youngest child went to school in 1999 and already her work is represented in private collections in the U.K.. Europe, Kuwait and Australia.

Diane's landscapes are a direct response to the beauty of creation - reflecting both the physical beauty that is so apparent here in West Wales and also her spiritual beliefs as a Christian.  Her passion for the wild places, mountains and skies of Wales is evident in her work.

Although Mainly a Landscape artist, Diane also paints a wide variety of subjects and will undertake private commissions that will be created to your own requirements.
